Owner’s favorite! A spread that you add kalamata olives and feta cheese to, it's deliciously awesome!
Ingredients: Onion, Tomato, Parsley, Oregano, Garlic, Pepper and Rosemary. (Yields 2 batches )
No MSG, No Chemicals, No Preservatives, No Salt, Gluten-Free
Spread Recipe:
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 5 Tbs. It's Greek To Me!
Combine all ingredients. Place in an appropriate container and cover. Refrigerate for at least three hours. Serve on bagels, pita bread, crackers, or melba rounds.
Dip Recipe:
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- ½ cup Kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- 5 Tbs. It's Greek To Me!
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least three hours. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, etc.
