This is a wonderful combination of eight vegetables, herbs, and spices. Delicious as a spread or dip.

Ingredients: Carrots, Onion, Garlic, Tarragon, Tomato, Parsley, and Green Peppers. No MSG, No Chemicals, No Preservatives, No Salt, Gluten-Free

Spread Recipe: 

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese (regular or light), softened
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbs. EAT YOUR VEGETABLES!

Combine all ingredients. Place in an appropriate container and cover. Refrigerate for at least three hours. Serve on bagels, pita bread, crackers, or melba rounds.

Dip Recipe:

  • ¾ Cup Mayonnaise
  • ¾ Cup Sour Cream
  • 4 Tbs. EAT YOUR VEGETABLES!

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate at least three hours. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers, etc.

One package will make both recipes!
